Once you've tasted Aristide's breads, viennoiseries, brioches and joie de vivre, there's no turning back (and you risk falling into the Thiou...). A bakery that declares itself to be "atypical", but that goes back to what has always been the hallmark of authentic breads: "flour, water, salt and time". Don't look for baguettes, but treat yourself to an Aristide, a long-fermented (24h) farmhouse bread made with wheat and rye flours, rye sourdough, salt and water. Only real wholemeal bread by the slice, for pleasures to share. You can multiply these pleasures with our brioches, cookies and panettones... 100% organic and as local as possible.

Il y a véritablement suffisamment de graines dans leurs différents pains aux graines... Je recommande le Sportif ou encore les Cannelés...
Très bien reçue et bien servie par ce sympathique garçon qui était au service, et +5 points pour le pain Zex également qui était très bon !
