Once you've tasted Aristide's breads, viennoiseries, brioches and joie de vivre, there's no turning back (and you risk falling into the Thiou...). A bakery that declares itself to be "atypical", but that goes back to what has always been the hallmark of authentic breads: "flour, water, salt and time". Don't look for baguettes, but treat yourself to an Aristide, a long-fermented (24h) farmhouse bread made with wheat and rye flours, rye sourdough, salt and water. Only real wholemeal bread by the slice, for pleasures to share. You can multiply these pleasures with our brioches, cookies and panettones... 100% organic and as local as possible.

A boulangerie that really focuses on artisanal bread. So many choices of bread including a Japanese shokupan! The croissant was very delicious and flaky.

I found that the prices are on the higher side though. €2 for a croissant and I’m not even in Paris ???? but you do pay for the quality and taste.

Amazing bread but the buns I've ate were the most delicious buns I've ate in my life. Such an incredible place
