At the gateway to old Annecy, you're well and truly on the spice trail when you enter this beautiful workshop. Julien and Thomas represent the4th generation of spice merchants who continue to help us discover this fascinating and gourmet universe. Spices from all over the world and a wide range of products to enhance the flavors of our dishes: oils, vinegars, sauces, salts, peppers, aromas... Right in the heart of Old Annecy, you'd think you were at a market on the other side of the world, looking at and breathing in the scents of star anise, colombo, coriander, curries, nutmeg, paprika... And don't forget our in-house blends to give each dish a unique taste.
