Pig'Halles is full of flavor! An address that has the good taste to take us on a journey to Spain and the best that is produced there: Iberian charcuterie. As the sign humorously puts it: "Here, we only do dirty things". And it's so good to love those uniquely flavored pata negra Iberian pigs. Servane guides us through a selection of exceptional Bellota and Cebo de Campo cured hams. Other charcuterie marvels include lomito, lomo and chorizo, as well as a selection of artisanal grocery products.
