Don't go for Christopher Columbus by dressing in Annecy and discovering Columbus Coffee. This franchise, one of the best in the Coffee Shop category, is located under the arcades, just a few steps from the lake and the old town. A young, warm and friendly atmosphere, a "hype" and "start-up", dislike nostalgia for "French cafes" that would do well to make a reason. Columbus Coffee is a café of the twenty-first century where you can enjoy its cappuccino with friends while connecting to the Wifi network. Comfortable seats to talk to two or a bunch of friends from around the world to have fun without borders while enjoying the smile of a friendly and considerate service. A little smaller, the Columbus Coffee offers an amazing range of gourmet muffins. Homemade muffins, prepared under your eyes, for real gourmets to eat breakfast. And for the biggest appetites: Sandwich club, club salad and bagel.

La nonchalance était de la partie.
Nous avons demander de l’eau en bouteille ou carafe et la serveuse a dit « nous n’avons pas d’eau » elle a donc refuser de nous servir de l’eau , chez Colombus on est obliger de boire des boissons sucrées, l’eau courante y est interdite.
Légalement les restaurant sont obligés d’accepter de servir de l’eau. Je trouve cela inadmissible.
Le service était désagréable.
Très étonnée car je suis cliente et je n’ai jamais aucuns de ces soucis ailleurs.
De plus on nous réclame de payer une boisson qui avait été oubliée par la serveuse alors que cette boisson avait déjà été réglée on a donc dû demander la preuve sur le ticket de paiement.
Je trouve cela aberrant
