Excellent Hôtel de Luxe. Très bien situé dans le viel Annecy et surtout magnifiquement placé devant la gare TGV. Très bons petits déjeuners et très copieux. Tout le personnel est très aimable , souriant et très professionnel. Nous reviendrons.

Un peu décevant… Nous s’y sommes aller pour une nuit en amoureux lors de notre séjour à Annecy et nous avions réservé une place de parking. Le parking est très très étroit, la voiture passée à peine. Au niveau de la chambre rien à dire, très beaux et spacieux seul bémol le balcon n’est pas très bien entretenu (cigarette écrasé) et sans matériel (chaise, fauteuil…) De plus, le dépose minute devant l’hôtel est compliqué d’accès sachant qu’il y a une seule place. Le réceptionniste m’a demandé de payé dès notre arrivée, j’ai toujours payés mes séjours à la fin et non au début, cependant ce n’est pas grave mais j’avoue que à peine arrivé nous avions surtout envie de défaire nos bagages et de voir notre chambre ! Le prix est donc excessif pour ce genre d’hôtel.

Réservé pour un weekend en amoureux, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.
Personnel très agréable, à l'écoute et souriant.
Nous reviendrons avec un réel plaisir.
Le petit déjeuner à volonté est très varié.
À deux pas de la vieille ville.
Animaux acceptés moyennant un petit supplément.
Possibilité de réserver en amont une place de parking (17€/ nuitée) et vu la galère pour trouver une place et le prix du stationnement ça vaut le coup.

There is no doubt that this hotel has a great location: a few meters from the train/bus station and only a few blocks from Old Annecy. The location is hard to beat!

This is a 4-star category, but it is rather hard to see why: the room was okay but nothing extraordinary, the breakfast was okay but the bacon was too oily and nothing extraordinary, the service was okay but again, nothing extraordinary and we did not receive any special attention that would justify a 4-star rating. In fact, we received better on all these at 3-star hotels.

Overall, while the location is great, this hotel is overrated and too expensive for what it is.

L’hôtel est bien parfaitement situé, le personnel est au petit soin, les chambres sont propres et bien aménagées , par contre les murs sont fait en carton c’est dommage … on entend les gens parlés, on entends les gens se douchés… bref expérience mitigé pour ce 4 étoiles
Isolation phonique est inexistante ! Pour un 4 étoile ce n’est pas acceptable!
