Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car nous voulions un hotel qui sort un peu de l'ordinaire, pas grand pour qu'il soit plus familial. Là, comme le disait le futé, cela répond bien à ce que je cherchais. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, la literie est neuve, et on peut se garer car il y a un petit parking, on est à quelques minutes du centre ville d'annecy.

Chambre propre, rien ne manque, et l'hôtel bien situé en centre ville, est calme et tout est très propre. Exemplaire, jusque dans l'accueil où le personnel est aux petits soins, et le petit déjeuner maison très complet. Pratique et fonctionnel, séjour qualité qui fait bon souvenir.

On est très bien accueilli dans ce petit hotel qui est à 5 minutes du centre ville et de la vieille ville. c'est vraiment pratique. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, il est calme et la literie est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner à 11 € est tout aussi exceptionnel, car très complet, avec des produits locaux. C'est un établissement de qualité, pas de mauvaises surprises.

Hôtel à taille humaine, ce qui le rend chaleureux. L'accueil est convivial et le calme de l'hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville est très agréable. Très propre, les chambres sont confortables, comme la literie, et le petit déjeuner est complet. C'est un bon établissement avec un prix correct, pour un hotel d'annecy. bien placé, bien situé, on gardera l'adresse pour notr prochain séjour a annecy.

Très très propre, très bien tenu et très fonctionnel. Même la salle de petit déjeuner ressemble à une salle de restaurant chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux d'ailleurs. L'hôtel est en centre ville, c'est calme et on peut tout faire à pieds en laissant la voiture dans le petit parking à l'arrière. C'est un établissement de qualité !

Hôtel familial plein de charme. L'accueil y est parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est fort bien. Le parking est un peu petit, mais à le mérite d'exister, au bout d'un petit parc arboré.

It is calm, and yet just 3 minutes walk from the city centre. It is really a hotel where a warm welcome and the comfortable rooms are to be noted. The quality of the stay is confirmed and full breakfast. There is a small parking for car. Nothing to do with a chain.

Hotel including says the guide. Functional, 5 minutes from the city centre, and hats off to the employee. Conviviality, comfort and quality, summarize the services of the hotel with a quality breakfast. Its location is a big asset, but you are not taken for tourists. One of the best plans to stay.

Hôtel très propre, refait tout neuf, avec des chambres bien confortables, et pour lesquelles il ne manque rien. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet, c'est copieux, et de qualité, et on est à 250 mètres à pieds du centre ville. C'est super bien situé, et calme. Rapport qualité prix, et plaisir.

very quiet hotel is a 5 -minute walk from the town centre. the hotel is very clean, contemporary rooms are functional and the bedding is new. breakfast on the terrace, hearty, fresh fruit juice, local products, in short you are not taken for a simple tourist, and the waitress is really friendly and caring. all quality, so not disappointed!

Very good stay at this hotel on a human scale. Quality is such as known as futé. Perfect reception, ideal services, new bedding, all are very well made and well located, because in the city centre without the disadvantages. l'hôtel est d'excellente qualité. les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est moderne, bien équipée, déco chaleureuse, et service très professionnel. le petit déjeuner est très complet, la salle est sympa, et il y a un parking qui permet de ne pas utiliser son véhicule, car l'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes à pieds du centre. Hotel in the city centre, is very well located. You can do everything by foot. The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms are new, and well equipped. Impeccable bathroom, and new bedding. Everything is well decorated and it is warm. Welcome and friendly service also and attentive and very full breakfast. A hotel in value for money, with the family spirit.

Charming hotel where everything is done for our satisfaction. Hot room and very well equipped, there is even a small welcome tray for tea. Small bar, very clean room, and a very comprehensive and varied breakfast. It is close to the city center which is practical and the hotel has free parking. In fact, it is a hotel of quality, with a value for money and the staff is professional without putting on airs.

Hotel city center, calm, and very pleasant. 10 Minutes from old Annecy and lake, it is perfect not to use your car. Everything is renovated, the rooms are spacious, and all comfort is there.
