Creative cooking based on the best products by Stéphane Dattrino at very good prices
The most discreet of Michelin-starred restaurants. You have to push open the door of L'Esquisse to discover the world of Stéphane Dattrino. Trained by Laurent Petit, the chef has found his niche in a house full of surprises, where he invites us to let go and explore gourmet paths. Inspired by local seasonal produce, he creates bold, yet very natural, creative compositions. Magali, a talented sommelier, tunes the service to perfection while serving the wines. Creativity to share for a unique experience.

A cuisine of high flight. It is the work of the chef, in a way of tasting discovered. It is a beautiful discovery in innovation, pure pleasure. Each dish is new surprise, each flavours a discovery. While reading one has to discover, but that would have been damage to side. Largely worth the position of the prize list, and a beautiful distinction of other guides. With as?

Very simple, few tables (which is an advantage), small restaurant and very large kitchen. The owner is very charming and it cuisine too. One of the best restaurants of Annecy, not the best.
