Located near the centre of Morzine, the ski lifts, and 400 metres from the Super Morzine gondola in Avoriaz station (free shuttle bus between the hotel and the gondola), we have enjoyed staying in this chalet hotel due to the user friendliness and the functionality of the places. The 39 rooms, where nothing are missing, are adapted to the needs of the family. And to add an extra touch of absolute relaxation, after a good day of skiing, surfing or snowshoes, you can also enjoy the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi or the new hammam. But the evening is just beginning: a dance evening is offered! In the dining room with large glass-panelled windows, gourmets are found around colourful tables to taste traditional cuisine and discover mountain specialities. Escape and relaxation, at «an altitude of eternal snow»…

Really great experience all around. The rooms were a great size and love having individual bathroom and shower rooms. We spent time at the bar most days and had a great time chatting with their super friendly and fun staff. Also, the restaurant was great! Finally, the Spa was a real standout, while a little small, has everything you need and would expect at a much more expensive hotel. Pretty much pinched above it's wait at every turn. Oh, and they made me a really nice breakfast to go so I could make an early airport Transfer. Would 100% stay here again.

Stayed here for a short ski weekend. The hotel was refurbished in 2022 so everything feels new and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast is really good. Bonus of the spa, hot tub and pool which are great to recoup after a day of skiing. The bus stop is also right outside the hotel which makes it super convenient to get to the lifts and also Avoriaz. Whilst we didn’t eat at the restaurant, the hotel restaurant (Chez Bertine) was recommended by our ski guide. Would defo stay again!

Nous y avons mangé avec nos enfants, personnel très sympathique, soucieux de nous trouver une place même si nous n'avions pas réservé. Très beau cadre et un bon rapport qualité prix !

Good option to stay in Morzine. The location of the hotel is not very central so I would consider this option if you have a place to live your skis (if you came for skiing of course), e.g. at the lift or at the ski rental shop. The staff was okay but not overly welcoming. The room service was average at most - one of the days we found our clothes on the floor while it was on the bed when we left. They also came to clean up the rooms pretty late in the afternoon which was not very convenient because we had to leave to let them do their work. The rooms themselves were fine even though air removal would help for the bathroom and the toilet. The amenities were very good - they had a sauna and hamam, as well as hot tub and small pool. They had a cinema room, too, some games like small pool and a cozy fireplace area. Those got crowded at times though. The breakfast was kind of okay but the selection was very limited. You have to boil your own eggs, press your own juice and there were just a couple of kinds of meat, two kinds of cheese, beans, scrambled eggs, potatoes and that’s pretty much it. They had a selection of sweet pastries/desserts and yoghurt as well as granola. No vegetables at all which was disappointing. The hotel looked pretty fresh and renovated which was nice
