Change of ownership since June 2018 for this traditional chalet hotel completely renovated with respect for the region's style and materials, which keeps it a rustic Savoyard charm while ensuring contemporary comfort: wood, slate, stone, lime; chimneys, caps. Its idyllic setting is appreciated by the international clientele, but also by the guests, for its table of fresh produce and its refined surroundings. A great hotel of charm, comfort with its outdoor heated swimming pool (even in winter) and its well-being area. In the rustic room at carefully crafted tables or the simpler one, arched, carnotzet, the chef declines local soil over the seasons. There is also a very friendly bar. A good address, a little overfocused (ten minutes walk), but a free shuttle is nearby (100 m).

An address in the centre of Morzine which seems to turn to an Anglo-Saxon clientele, offering transfers from the airport at lower cost. Located near the center of Morzine, the ski lifts, and 400 metres from the cable car to Super Morzine dating back to the station of Avoriaz (free shuttles between the hotel and the cable car), we took pleasure to stay in this chalet hotel because of friendliness of each and the functionality of the place. The 39 rooms, where nothing is missing, are adapted to the needs of the family. And to add an extra touch of complete relaxation, after a good day's activity of skiing, surfing or snow, it also benefits from the pool, the jacuzzi or the brandnew hammam. But the evening does nothing but start: a dancing is available! In the dining room with large bay windows, gourmets and gourmet meet, around the colourful tables, to taste the traditional cuisine, and discover the mountain specialties. Beautiful situation in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, on its southern slope; minutes walk from the centre with a beautiful view of the valley and the village. The Ermine is a typical Savoyard hotel, in its appearance and its decor of blond wood as in its family welcome. A free shuttle bus allows you to reach the slopes or the village centre, eight hundred metres away. The equipment is comfortable with a heated swimming pool - covered in winter and opened in summer - a sauna and a whirlpool. The bar is very pleasant, with billiards and animations for post-ski evenings or after-hiking. In the restaurant, regional kitchen to continue to share the pleasures of the mountain.
