Rose and Jean-Marie Provenaz are happy to welcome visitors to their farm paradise because GAEC Les Églantiers is a member of the network of Itinéraires des Fromages de Savoie. And for good reason... the quality of its milk to make the famous PDO reblochon and the rise of the herd in the mountain pastures in summer guarantee it flavours specific to the Aravis massif. You can buy your cheese on the spot before going down again while strolling. Tasting is of course possible, provided you take your time to enjoy this great cheese cru. A beautiful gourmet getaway!
