The location of this hotel - family pension style of the 1930 s - next to the Praz golf course and right behind the Flégère gondola, has something to seduce. Behind the vanilla façade adorned with charming green green shutters, a colorful and colorful design. A lounge bar and a cozy lounge, a spectacular terrace and new refurbished rooms. Their decoration oscillates between the broken white of the sheets and walls and the red with furniture and fancy curtains. Several family rooms and suites, as well as small apartments, close to the ski slopes, are a real asset for a stay in winter sports. A location that invites outside activities, winter and summer. Sunshine is optimal: high perched above the Aiguille du Midi, in the morning the sun enters all the rooms, as well as the individual studios in the annex. Equipped kitchen, maxi-format water room and private garden, each of these ideal mini apartments for families. A sign that seems to address international tourists with a main site in English and recently a French version.

I stayed here last week with a friend for 3 nights and it was a really lovely hotel!!!
The staff were very friendly and helpful! There was a nice games room and lounge on the left and also a nice lounge area on the right with a bar and a beautiful fire place giving it a cosy, warm and peaceful environment!
Le petit déjeuner c'est très bien! A lovely breakfast area with a great selection of things! Our room got upgraded to a very spacious family room, modern and with fantastic views too.!
The location was ideal as it was so close to the Flegere lift and ticket office to get my lift pass easily and very close to a good ski shop (Ravanel Les Praz). This was very easy to get my lift pass and ski hire.
Chamonix itself was about 2.5 km walk away to the centre ville but it was nice walk down along the river away from the main road. We walked down and back up to Les Praz on our first day about 25/30 minutes walk each way. Chamonix centre ville c'est tres belle! There are regular shuttle buses that can take you up and down the valley. We went up to Le Tour and Grand Montets, Argentiere one day and did Flegere and Brevent the other 2 days.
We had dinner at Les Lanchers bar hotel and had a wee beer at Le Petit Social! Chamonix probably is bigger and has more going on but Les Praz is a little quieter but that was perfect for us!

L'accueil est sympathique . Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec la douche mais qui a été réglé en 5 min par la patronne .
Hotel propre . Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.
