This 80-hectare estate extends over two of the terroirs of the Vinsobres Cru, the Coteau and the Collines, where the Syrahs find their best expression. Concerned about the environment, Richard and Pascal Jaume develop a viticulture in harmony with nature. In the center of the village, their cellar offers tastings of the estate's wines and tours of the winery. At the end of September, the old-fashioned grape harvest is a not-to-be-missed event on the Domaine Jaume estate. The family also offers an attractive vineyard rental concept and a gîte.
