Vinsobres is the first growth of the Drôme provençale. The cooperative cellar gathers 250 wine growers. In the middle of the vineyards, the Vinsobraise reveals the stages of wine making, grape sorting, pressing, bottling... This terroir of the Côtes-du-Rhône produces aromatic and fruity wines, including two vins de pays, white chardonnay and red merlot, and, in addition to vinsobres, two other AOCs : roussane (white) and carignan (red). The first woman to head the domaine, Anaïs Vallot continues the biodynamic viticulture initiated by her father 13 years earlier. A globetrotter at heart, Anaïs came to the domaine after training in the luxury hotel industry around the world. The estate, whose history dates back to 1902, now extends over 30 ha of slopes and stony terraces, and produces 4 vinsobres and 5 côtes-du-rhône that reveal all the diversity and richness of this terroir and express the fine work of the winemakers.

It is a small estate of 20 hectares, but what results! On large, south-facing stony terraces, Denis, Frédérique and now Charles and Joseph Vinson make powerful, aromatic Vinsobres. Nose of blackcurrant, blackberry or garrigue, fullness and fatness in the mouth. During your visit, but by appointment only, take a look at the old-fashioned vaults, which have been dug six metres deep for maturing in barrels. No wonder that the wines aged there have so much volume!

Domaine l'Ancienne École is a family-run vineyard located in Vinsobres, in northeastern Provence. Organically farmed, the estate produces delicious wines with character, working in harmony with nature. With its 13 hectares of vines, Domaine l'Ancienne École produces Vinsobres cru and Côtes du Rhône wines, which are often recommended and appreciated by connoisseurs. The vineyard also offers on-site accommodation, with three gîtes for rent offering panoramic views of Mont Ventoux and the Pre-Alps. The gîtes share a large infinity pool, providing the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. This 80 hectare estate is spread over two of the terroirs of the Vinsobres Cru, the Coteau and the Collines, where the Syrahs find a beautiful expression. Concerned about the environment, Richard and Pascal Jaume develop a viticulture in harmony with nature. In the center of the village, their cellar offers a tasting of the wines of the domain and a visit of the cellar. At the end of September, the old-fashioned grape harvest is an unmissable event on the Domaine Jaume grounds. The family also offers a nice concept of vineyard rental.

Located in Vinsobres, Drôme Provençale, Domaine Saint Vincent is a winery offering a wide range of quality wines. The estate, founded in the 1920s, benefits from a typical Vinsobres terroir, enabling it to produce unique Cru Vinsobres, Côtes du Rhône Villages and Côtes du Rhône wines. Traditional Grenache and Syrah grapes are used for red wines, while Viognier, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc are used for white wines. The estate also boasts olive groves where tanche olives are grown, used to produce olive oil, tapenade and olives de bouche. Domaine Saint Vincent offers cellar tours and tastings, where visitors can learn about the history of the estate and taste its wines.
