Founded in 1962 by Daniel Guillet, the Roman company was modernized by his son Luc. Today, César and Lou are at the helm. Since 2007, this beautiful boutique has been lining up macaroons, chocolates and entremets. An ideal address for a chic snack to take away or a gourmet gift. For example, the delicious Vercors, the house signature dessert, with its creamy Madagascar vanilla ice cream, melting Royans walnut caramel and crunchy meringue.
