With Patricia in the kitchen and Laurent in the dining room, Valence has its address as an organic slow food, locavoreand yet gastronomic. We like the vintage neo-bistro atmosphere of this Apron, the warmth and kindness of Laurent as well as Patricia's talent to sublimate vegetables and other carefully selected ingredients.
