The Maison Béatrix, named after the nearby spring, has been in existence since 1930. Stop in for a drink, a crêpe or an ice-cream sundae. The ice creams are homemade, classic or original, Poire Belle-Hélène or Rouge Baiser. Today, Pierre and Laure Cerdini are the 4th generation to run the business. Guillaume Cerdini, for his part, creates a fine range of chocolates in his workshop adjoining the ice-cream shop. In summer, there's an inventive snack bar along the Volane river and a few concerts. Another address in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

Service honteux, les serveuses refusent de vous servir, sont hautaines et désagréables. Elles vous font clairement comprendre que votre présence les ennuie. Le choix des parfums est très limité. Les glaces sont moyennes, limite fades pour certains parfums. La serveuse propose un coulis caramel, que l'on accepte. Le dit caramel a un goût de brûler, mais il nous est facturé. La note est salée 14€ pour 4 boulse de glace très moyenne et un coulis immangeable et un service déplorable. Inadmissible au vue de la renommée de l'établissement.
