L’ARDÉCHOIS GOURMAND

Near the large hotels receiving the curistes, we come mainly from this greedy boutique to buy tender or hard nougats in beautiful packaging. As we are in Ardèche, the nougats fall into the bilberries or chestnut. Also of honey candy - chestnut, house-made -, honey of all kinds, bilberries jams, chestnut cream, cold meats and wines of the Côtes du Rhône, syrups of all kinds, fruit liqueurs, chestnut beer… But the stars remain the pastilles of the house to the thermal water of Vals which gave its new name to the sign and that l mint, lemon, anise, blueberry or chestnut-like parfumées are tasted. The artisanal manufacturing company is located on the first floor above the store, right in front of the Vals thermal baths, near the intermittente (geyser) spring that flows every 6 hours.
