TRÈS BELLE EXPÉRIENCE
Le SPA Séquoia Redwood de Vals les Bains, situé au 1er étage du bâtiment des thermes, dans un cadre raffiné vaut vraiment le détour. On peut y entrer pour 2h (un peu court), 3h (suffisant) ou pour toute la journée avec possibilité de sortie. Le parcours sensoriel se compose de 14 étapes (entre autres : bassin intérieur à 33° C avec jets, cols de cygnes, geyser ; bain extérieur à 35 ; hammam ; sauna ; bain chaud à 38 et bain froid à 17 ; fontaine de glace ; espace de repos ; tisanerie…) : un vrai plaisir si on aime se relaxer dans l’eau ! Nous y sommes allés un mardi pour toute la journée et avons apprécié le peu de monde. Un seul regret, l’absence de restauration sur place.
Nota : il faut venir avec ses chaussures d’eau, sa serviette ou son peignoir (mais en cas d’oubli tout se loue sur place).
