Nougat country tends to be the Drôme, but as with many delicacies, a friendly rivalry has developed between the two neighboring départements. And it has to be said, the Petit Ardéchois artisanal nougat is pretty damn good! It's made the old-fashioned way, in large copper cauldrons and basins, with carefully selected raw materials: lavender honey from the region and almonds from Provence. Wide choice in the store.

mr Reboulet, artisan travaille et fait perpétuer la fabrication artisanale du nougat, avec passion . un espace ou le papilles se régalent , puisque la dégustation est la meilleure façon d'apprécier les produits , avant de faire son choix !

l'accueil est agrèable, grand choix de nougat avec bien sur dégustation mais personne ne vous oblige à acheter, des produits à ramener sans hesitation pour faire gouter les petits plaisirs de l'Ardèche.

The craftsmen told us their work and know-how, it is sure you should also ask questions, as it remains an exchange.
Of course you can buy nougat with the shop but for us be pleasure and not by obligation.
