Although this renowned ripener left Joyeuse, where he had settled in 1983, for Planzolles, his cheeses are still as good as ever. Peytot matures the cheeses of about fifteen milk and goat cheese producers. You can buy the famous picodons but also the guinguette du Peytot, a goat log, the tommette de Drobie, made from curd, or the lardé, a delicious creamy goat cheese coated with thin slices of smoked breast. You can also discover the manufacturing process of picodons through the Terra Cabra museum.

One of the best places to buy famous Picodon goat's milk cheese d 'Ardèche: this refiner buys goat cheese from local producers and maze them in such a way that it would be said that they are all from the same production! There is something for everyone: white, creamy, more or less refined, very strong… are all delicious! You will find these small delights on all the markets of the region but also Super U de Ruoms. Not to be missed if you are cheese lovers. A special mention for larded of Peytot, a treat fondue on a slice of bread served with a green salad. Also note on the square of refinement, a very interesting educational area. We buy these Picodon goat's milk cheese for years and amounts never disappointed.
