AFFINAGE PEYTOT
Although this renowned ripener moved from Joyeuse, where he set up in 1983, to Planzolles, his cheeses are as good as ever. Peytot refines cheeses from some fifteen milk and goat cheese producers. In the store, you'll find famous picodons, as well as guinguette du Peytot, a roll of 6 young, creamy cheeses perfect for hot goat's cheese, tommette de Drobie, a curd-based cheese, or lardé, a creamy goat's cheese wrapped in thin slices of smoked bacon. Fromager à ne louper sous aucun prétexte sur les marchés de la région. la queue devant les stands est réellement représentative de la qualité des produits! Ca vaut le coup de prendre son tour.
pour l'apéro : fine tranche pain + fine tranche de picodon mi sec+ fine tranche de tomate cerise + herbes de provence. Passage par la barbecue puis dégustation avec un petit blanc!
