Frap? That's the Fabrique Rurale d'Alcool à Partager. Friendly and fun! Located in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Park, this artisan distillery is dedicated to developing and producing organic spirits that showcase products from the Ardèche region and beyond. In front of the still, Tanguy and Harold concoct a tempting range: gin d'Ardèche aux myrtilles, pastis d'Ardèche, or this green goat's cheese with absinthe, verbena and mint to share as a digestif or cocktail, not forgetting the classics, plum, apple or pear.
