A vacation without a little ice cream just isn't a vacation! And with a setting like the old town of Aubenas and its castle in the background, a stroll through the narrow streets is the perfect complement to an ice-cream treat. The ice creams here are out of the ordinary, and come in a variety of playful forms. Flavors are often based on local products: Valrhona chocolate, Imbert chestnuts or Vivarais pears... Smoothies, milkshakes and cocktails are also on the menu. As a good "ice cream bar", evenings at La Fabrique always stretch out in a good atmosphere.

Excessively expensive: other 11€50 for the cut " Ardèche" (3 balls of ice, very small chestnut and some small meringues. It is only one ice cream; for the price comparison times of the SMIC Net is 7€47! but that is served? Concerning this ice cream, as a chestnut, there is " brown suisse" ! although Swiss chestnut is like, it is not worth a chestnut, nor for taste and not in terms of price! I really have the impression to be taken for a cash cow. And that is more: this ice has nothing exceptional. Petit futé, but not budget! must see your concept of value ..... to meditate.
