Frédérick Fossey, pâtissier chocolatier, and his team make liters of ganache, nougats, fruit jellies, pralines and macaroons, as well as alcohol pearls for liqueur chocolates in boxes of all sizes. They make smooth, silky or tangy entremets and pastries, individually or for the whole family. Each year they offer a new range of logs. They also offer a snack shop, where you'll find the famous potato pâté, viennoiseries and breads of all kinds. Parking in front.

Pâte à la viande
Le jour de Noël comme à chaque fête j’achète une bûche qui part dans la Nièvre où ma famille est amateur. J’achète un pâté à la viande individuel à 10€, pour le lendemain, même mon chien n’en n’a pas voulu: énormes morceaux de gras de porc, à peu près pas de viande, je ne recommenderai pas ces produits et suis très decue

Il y a un grand choix de pâtisserie ainsi que des chocolats en nombres. Tout est réalisé sur place dans l'atelier.
Le personnel de l'accueil est très agréable et de bon conseil.
