On this 37-hectare estate on the slopes of the Visan plateau at an altitude of around 360 meters, 14 hectares are planted with oak forests and old truffle fields. 23 hectares are devoted to vines. Vincent Tramier, an independent winemaker, produces Ecocert-certified organic wines, fresh, fruity and complex in all 3 colors, as well as two kosher wines , Source de l'Argentier and Source d'Elie. Among the cuvées, La Rocaille, l'Entracte and Florilège are very affordable. There is a four-person gîte on the estate.
