Gîtes, in pretty Provencal-style detached houses, with well-equipped kitchens, private terraces and gardens.
Julia and Francis Favier are cherry and table grape growers, selling their produce direct from the property. But we also come to stay for a week in one of their gîtes, 3 pretty independent Provencal-style houses - Olive, Raisin and Cerise - each with its own terrace, and we all share the large garden. Everything is well thought-out, with fully-equipped kitchens, TV, DVD player, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol, air conditioning... The cherry trees are in full bloom in spring, but this corner of the Vaucluse has charm all of its own.
