Remains of the feudal castle built in the 12th century by the Counts of Toulouse, with a high keep and an upper terrace with a beautiful view

The remains of the feudal castle erected on a rocky spur are visible from all directions. It was built in the 12th century by the Counts of Toulouse. In the 13th century, the buildings were organized around its high keep, measuring twenty meters high, with beautifully dressed stones. One must be well shoed and crapahuter the rock if one wants to reach the old covered way on the "upper terrace" to admire the surrounding countryside.
