Sébastien Nouveau, the chef at Massillan's gourmet restaurant, advocates healthy cuisine inspired by the Provencal terroir. Nature is also a source of inspiration, as is the Château's vast 400m2 organic vegetable garden. Sébastien works with the finest seasonal produce. The same philosophy is reflected in a more attractive menu at Bistrot Le Madi. The setting is superb, both inside and on the terrace. A stay in one of the hotel's rooms is a welcome extension.

Le lieu est joli, la facade illuminée est du plus bel effet, le personnel est très sympathique, on y mange bien quoique portion un peu petite pour le dessert.
Je ne recommande pas le champagne (mais c'est un goût personnel donc à vous de voir...)
