Opened under the impetus of the commune, the Bistrot is the real beating heart of this small village. Anthony, who has worked in some of Avignon's top restaurants, and Elodie offer a warm welcome. A bistro that breathes life into this village of a hundred souls, but so many tourists in summer! Traditional Provencal cuisine. The chef is committed to working with fresh, local produce whenever possible, and the menu features cod lardé with Ventoux pork belly and split pea velouté.
