The Clauvallis winery celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2024. The 70 cooperative members represent 180 ha of vines. Clauvallis is the amalgamation of Courtoise and Pernoise, which were absorbed in 1994. The AOC was obtained in 1973. Two cuvées were launched to mark the centenary. The first was a red, produced by oenologist Teddy Saurel and cellar master Marie Sorel. A special 100% Chardonnay 100th anniversary sparkling wine was also produced for the occasion. To date, the winery offers 9 reds, 3 whites, including an excellent Viognier, and 3 rosés to be enjoyed well chilled during the summer.

Founded in December 1924, Cave Clauvallis welcomes you to Saint-Didier, at the foot of the majestic Mont Ventoux. Its vineyards, located in the eastern Rhône Valley, benefit from a Mediterranean climate with mild temperatures and plenty of sunshine. This climate is conducive to the production of fruit rich in sugar and with a beautiful color. The peasant winegrowers of Saint-Didier, Malemort, Venasque and Pernes-les-Fontaines produce exceptional wines here, frank and intense. These wines are made with respect for the know-how handed down from generation to generation. Each bottle tells a story of passion and celebrates the diversity and richness of the region's grape varieties. Take Château la Giride, for example, a gourmet red wine perfect for grilled meats and farmhouse cheeses. The Blanc from the Terre Cachée range also deserves special attention. This elegant wine is ideal as an aperitif. B-Attitude Rosé Bio 2023 is also a must-have. This rosé, made from organically grown grapes, is both light and refreshing. At Cave Clauvallis, you'll be invited to taste unique cuvées and discover a selection of regional artisanal products.
