Gin, vodka, rum and verbena. This new distillery, located a stone's throw from the Clauvallis winery, was opened by distillation enthusiast Justine Lauzier. The premises, which are used for both sales and production, have 3 copper stills. Justine's know-how and creativity enable her to offer a whole range of spirits, including some based on citrus fruits, with little-known varieties such as Tunis bergamot or bitter orange. The distillery also offers contract work. You can bring your own fruit and have it distilled to your own taste.
