Ecomuseum featuring ochre washing basins, the kiln and 3 color mills on a 5-hectare estate.
It is in the Mathieu de Roussillon ochre factory, created in 1921, that the Conservatory of ochre and colour was set up in 1994, run all year round by the "ôkhra" cultural cooperative. You will discover alone or in accompanied visits the ochre washing basins, the oven and the 3 colour mills (one red and 2 yellow) on a 5 ha estate. From April to October, a watercolour discovery area is set up and demonstrations of paint making take place.
