Situated on the first foothill of the Luberon, this imposing fortified residence belonged to the 16th-century Aix parliamentarian Malherbes. In 2004, Nathalie and Albert Souzan bought this ancestral wine estate. On the 22-hectare HVE farm, it is Nathalie who, following training at Suze-la-Rousse, takes on the role of winemaker. Assisted by the whole family, harvesting and bottling follow one another. The labels are Je, Tu, Elle, Nous, Vous, Ils, in the three colors of AOP Luberon and IGP Méditerranée.
