Delicious pizzas cooked on wood fire which follow the seasons or play the card of the soils in Pertuis.
Richard's pizzas, it's almost an institution in Pertuis and always has been! We stop there at the end of the day, during the week when we're in a hurry and at the weekend when we're coming back from a hike and we don't feel like cooking. They are cooked over a wood fire, the dough is crispy and the generous fillings follow the seasons or play the card of the terroirs: Savoyarde, Sicilian, Andalusian, Corsican, Country, Forest... Obviously, the Pertuisienne is one of the suggestions (cream, mozzarella, emmental cheese, meat, shallots and Pertuis potatoes), balanced with the Provençale (cream, goat's cheese, tapenade and olive oil). It is best to order beforehand.

Arrived around 6pm but were told there was (I thought) a 45-min wait. A good sign to support the already good reviews. Unfortunately my French speaking let me down and I got the time wrong, it was 6:45, but 8:45.
Arriving back way too early, the owner was very understanding and made my two pizzas up whilst I wait. I was extremely grateful to him and his son.
The pizzas are divine, you need to book early, they really are some of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten.
