Julie raises her 34 Provençal and Alpine chamois goats with great care. That's the first thing you realize when you visit her farm to buy her cheeses, yogurts or brousse. The goat's cheese comes in five different maturations to suit different tastes, as well as five crottins with fig confit. Depending on the season, she also offers a dozen flavored cheeses with Alsatian, Italian (tomato, oregano) and vegetable flavors.

A la sortie de Pernes direction St Didier, cette petite exploitation agricole de chèvres vend de très bons fromages, mais aussi faisselles et yaourts. On peut y aller les mardis et vendredis de 17h à 19h de mars à décembre.
