A museum housing a collection of bicycles, located in Pernes-les-Fontaines, the birthplace of the famous Vélocio.

In a private mansion, an astonishing collection of bicycles, from the 1870 velocipede to the 2008 Paris-Peking bike, including the historic tandem of the first paid vacations in 1936. In the town that saw the birth of the famous Vélocio (Paul de Vivie, 1853-1930), a brilliant inventor and figure of bicycle touring who contributed greatly to the improvement of bicycles (detachable hubs, gear shifting, equiangles frames...), the Musée Comtadin du cycle is a must-see.
