Habe seit vielen Jahren jährlich 2-3 Übernachtungen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Bis vor 2 Jahren war alles soweit ok. Mit der neuen Führung vor 2 Jahren gibt es nur noch Probleme. An der Reception verängstigtes inkompetentes und leider z.T. arrogantes Personal, das wohl gewaltig unter Erfolgsdruck steht. Zum Glück gibt es andere Hotels, die ihre Gäste noch schätzen, ganz ohne täuschende standardisierte Emailversprechen, dafür aber mit umso mehr Empathie. In diesem Sinne,
