Rustically decorated restaurant offering traditional cuisine and vegetarian dishes in Orange.
The setting is welcoming. The restaurant has the unusual feature of being dug into a cave in the hillside, a stone's throw from the ancient theater. The cuisine is varied, with an emphasis on meat and fish. Rack of veal, rack of pork and Ardèche free-range chicken, all on the spit. Planchas are also available for tasting. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Fine wine list. Particularly subdued atmosphere. We recommend this special experience in a cave. It's cool in summer when the heat is on. All you have to do is make a reservation.
