A magnificent and imposing building of character, it houses an organ with a gilded wooden case and a fully carved pulpit
A magnificent, imposing building of character, it is attributed to Pope Clement V, and completes the defense system of the ramparts, hence its fortified appearance. Its Romanesque and Gothic styles blend with a Renaissance choir, testifying to its different construction periods. Inside, a magnificent gilded wooden organ case (1639), beautifully restored, and a fully carved pulpit. Outside, a curious stone bench is probably the longest in France.
