Bad service. When I came to reception the girl from reception was very rude. She spoke in French when I asked her to translate to English because I don't understand french she stayed very neurons and rude.

A fuir, pas de prise a côté du lit comme le stipule la réservation, chambre qui sent extrêmement mauvais, chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas ( février ???? ). Ok ces une première classe mais y a des limites je pense.

Un merci au personnel à l'accueil qui reste agréable.

Tarif 48 euro chambre très très vétuste mais propre la propreté c est la base mais la vétusté ne justifie pas ce tarif .

J'écris ces lignes à froid, après une colère que j'estime légitime. Même à 33€ prix affiché ce jour où je rédige cet avis, j'estime ce prix encore trop cher pour ce taudis. Nous y étions en juillet dernier 2023 (3 couples d'amis).
Surbooking, lorsque je me présente et ouvre la chambre celle ci est occupé! On nous en trouvera une finalement malgré un hôtel complet.
En pleine canicule une clim hors service, dont on nous dit qu'elle sera réparée dans 2 jours, certains attendent toujours...
Lors de la prise des chambres à la mi-journée on nous promet des ventilateurs pour le soir. Nous n'en verrons jamais la couleur. Des murs d'un matériau très léger mesuré à 5cm d'épaisseur, donc isolation nulle 37°c dans les chambres. Pour ne pas étouffer nous avons laisser la fenêtre ouverte, donnant directement sur la 4 voies... Nous n'avons pas dormi. Chambre qui pue, des brûlures de cigarettes partout, tout ce confort pour 95€ environ en plein festival d'Avignon.
