Jean-Paul Cuxac alias Mr. Pourcin has returned to the annals of gourmet specialities in Lauris for his andouillette. Just like Mr Bourbouze in Cadenet for his Cadenettes! The charcuterie is queen here and the specialities Provencal make us look in the windows: petits, fairway, feet and packages, mirrors without head, as well as house preparations such as juniper, abomasa to spinach, head cheese, sausages and icing. Think about it for your picnics. If everything is closed elsewhere, you will even find at Pourcin what to praise the glass with wines from the region, Fontenille, Malauris, Tardieu, red, white and rosé.

My message is intended to restore the real on the faleuses andouillettes that we have enjoyed. I do not know D or comes this legend but this that I have just eaten sums up me with a bowel furnished D meats (liver, heart) and especially D enormous pieces of grasse all assisonne pepper, returning this rubbery, grasse sausage and without any interest for the tastebuds.
