The farmhouse offers cuisine prepared in beautiful seasonal recipes, in the middle of the vineyards.
Just 3 minutes from the center of La Tour d'Aigues, surrounded by vineyards and truffle oaks, Le Diamant Noir is an atypical stopover, farm inn and farm (truffles and laying hens) with a sales area, on 3 and a half hectares. The truffles harvested on the property find their way into the cuisine of Alexandra, a passionate truffle grower, in a range of seasonal recipes and, of course, truffle brouillades with eggs from the house. A unique menu: everything is made live and practically up to the minute. The kitchen is open to the dining room, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Cavage sessions are organized with a tasting menu to follow.
