Der Chef etoile xaxier matthieu ist eine beeindruckende persöhnlichkeit dennoch sehr sympathisch souverän ohne arrogant zu sein..hilfsbereiter chef.ich habe mir das Kochbuch gekauft .Leider sind uns die restaurantpreise zu hoch dennoch durchaus berechtigt. . Das menu des restaurant zu lesen war ein Genuss.Es ist DIE provence par excellence. elaboriert auf sehr hohem niveau daher der relativ hoher Preis..Wir waren sehr oft im bistro mit sehr guter Lage
Wir haben auch das Event save the date erlebt; was sensationell war:lustig..fröhlich mit sehr guten Programm obwohl draußen 35 grad waren.
