Seasonal products presented à la carte, and a bistronomic formula to taste in a restaurant with terrace

Large bay windows that let in plenty of light. A shaded terrace from which to enjoy the scenery. An exceptional setting where Ewen Martin, a talented chef and fan of Provence, officiates. Discover cochon du Ventoux in two varieties, saint-Pierre with langoustine broth, and succulent desserts by pastry chef Marion Melin: creamy yuzu basil sorbet with Carpentras strawberries, or mousse and hazelnut ice cream with praline feuillantine. To continue, take advantage of the pool club or enjoy cocktails and wines at the bar.

Open all year round. Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Les Bories bistronomic restaurant is open on Sundays and Mondays from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Reservations recommended. Vegetarian menu €80. Les Bories menu €130 6 courses. A la carte menu: approx. €40. Children's menu €25. American Express accepted. Groups welcome. Baby chairs. Terrace. Gift store.

Belle endroit, nous avons mangé au bistrot, c'est correct mais le prix est surfait dommage, on paye le cadre .
Par contre les desserts bien au dessus des plats bravo au chef pâtissier

Une journee au spa : massage sauna hammam piscine interieure avec vue Luberon. Puis cocktail au coin du feu

Déjeuner au restaurant de la piscine avant d'aller au SPA. On commande un club sandwich. on nous apporte un morceau de poulet entre 2 tranches de pain et des frites surgelées. une honte pour un hôtel de ce niveau. L'arnaque qui fait du luberon une région de moins en moins attractive.
