Restaurant type bistro. La Trinquette is one of the very small restaurants located in the center of the village. Room on the cosy and modern floor, and there is even a table with two seats on the balcony with an extraordinary Luberon's view, otherwise a few seats on a slightly mischievous terrace if you want to have lunch outside, but always with a very beautiful view. The cuisine is prepared with fresh and local products, everything is homemade, the menu is different every month. We tasted the cod with spring vegetables in garlic sauce, the dish is beautiful and very good. Wine list of the Luberon, Ventoux and Côtes du Rhône regions. As for the service: all in kindness. - When we arrived the waiter showed us a table at the very corner of the terrace where there was no space for 2 persons and a stroller.
- We were told that this is the only table they can offer us.
- We left without ordering.
- The people at the table next to us showed us their disbelief about the waiter’s and waitress‘ behavior.
