A good address proposes a menu of the day in a card which changes every season.
Tiny and nestled at the end of a dead end street opposite the bastide town of Gordes, once a stone water tank, this is a good place to land. Patrice de Rosa, the chef in his thirties, has just taken over the restaurant with his wife. We tested it and it's good. His speciality, the lamb charlotte in two cooks if it's on the menu of the day, but also the catch of the day with a half-cooked tuna or the sea bream. And for dessert, the real fondant and its chocolate ganache with its pistachio almond cream. The menu changes every season.

Le service est attentionné, les plats du chef sont délicieux et fait maison.
Le poisson grillé était excellent, le potiron façon crème brûlée en entrée fut une belle surprise.
Je recommande sans réserve.
