Mill with character rooms in Gargas with a panoramic view of the Luberon
This mill has existed since 18th century and its panoramic views of the Luberon seems eternal. Inside, you will find the spirit of Provence with rather spacious characterful rooms that is reminiscent to family home. The table d'hôte honours seasonal vegetables, and Provençal specialities. Imagine this large tables where you can share sometimes very different lives.

Les chambres sont joliment décorées et confortables. Les espaces communs, tout neufs, sont très bien disposés et permettent de se réunir et de se retrouver (salon/bar en bas, grande pièce principale pour les repas et danser en haut, petit salon attenant). Les équipements sont au top avec notamment la cuisine professionnelle (très grand frigo, plonge, fours, plaques, etc.)... et le barbecue aux ceps de vigne.
Les extérieurs sont très agréables et le Moulin est suffisamment isolé tout en étant bien situé (bus pour la gare TGV d'Avignon, supermarchés à 5 min...).
La possibilité de réserver des plats ou formules apéro dinatoire directement auprès des propriétaires est très pratique, en plus d'en mettre plein la vue et les papilles.
Isabelle et Gilles étaient très arrangeants et aux petits soins. Merci encore pour votre accueil et ce séjour !
Hosts Gilles and Isabelle were incredibly welcoming, the property and rooms are lovely and the property is picturesque. Service was impeccable.
But most importantly, the evening 4 course meal, with ingredients sourced completely locally, replete with wine from the property, was the single best culinary experience we had during our vacation. Gilles dedication to his craft is evident, as he crafts a new set menu daily based on what's in season. All this for a very reasonable price.
To top it all off, a double rainbow appeared just at the end of the meal (what crazy luck).
A beautiful and serene place to stay, a can't-miss if you plan on staying in the Luberon.
