An exceptional location in the remains of the ancient Roman canal, it boasts a vast terrace and a large indoor dining room for rainy or gloomy days. Camille, who represents the4th generation, is at the helm. Crayfish, Sorgue trout, frogs' legs, truffles from the Monts du Vaucluse, local asparagus... To match the food in the glass, a few well-chosen wines. Good Provencal cuisine, in a bucolic setting.
