It's a beautiful property where we work with respect for tradition and the land. The estate is 100% organically farmed. The vines extend over 6 hectares of hillsides, enabling us to produce AOP Luberon wines in all 3 colors. Harvesting is entirely manual. The estate's cuvées are distinguished by the harmonious blending of grape varieties for the Aquarelle white and red cuvées, and the La Melchiorte red cuvée. A sulfite-free cuvée is also available. The estate has 600 olive trees.
