In the kitchen of this friendly inn, William Bernard works with good products in traditional and new recipes. The welcome is warm, the setting pleasant, and you can make the most of the tree-lined garden in fine weather. We recommend the fillet of beef with muscatel sauce and the monkfish medallion with scallop coral cream. Four seasonal menus are available, as well as a tasting menu. Nous étions venus à l'auberge où nous nous étions régalés. Nous voulions confirmer ce souvenir et avons pris le menu à 40 €50. Nous nous sommes encore régalés de l'amuse-bouche '(corail de coquilles saint-Jacques sauce aux champignons) exquis jusqu'au dessert (gourmand avec 4 petits gâteaux) en passant par l'entrée coquilles, et le filet de boeuf cuit parfaitemet à notre demande d'une tendredté extrême dans sa sauce au Beaume de Venise, le tout accompagné du vin du Luberon conseillé par le patron : parfait. On y reviendra !!!!

après plusieurs passages ce restaurant est toujours parfait, tant sur l'accueil que sur le service.
Cuisine bien sur maison , toujours raffinée et évolutive.
